Stock is checked and committed together with each confirmed order. If another order takes the last stock first, the next customer is asked to update their basket. Items in a basket do not reserve stock.
No. The first release supports orders on agreed payment terms or by bank transfer. Payments are arranged with the wholesaler; online payment collection is not included.
The application supports a separate address for each wholesaler and verified custom-domain routing. Your domain and DNS must be configured as part of deployment.
Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent connections are planned for a later release, along with Amazon SES email delivery. They are not connected in the current pilot.
